Back crossing and inbreeding are different. Backcrossing a F1 cross to it's parent genetics would again create a back cross F-1 not an F-2. A F-2 is inbreeding the MK x RomP-19 strain with it self by using the RomP-19 x MK seeds and using a male and female RomP-19 x MK strain to make more seeds. A F-3 would be seeding a female 3rd generation MK x RomP-19 with 3rd generation male.
