Im going to get a new pie plate, i have seen anchor hocking and pyrex in town i was going to go with the pyrex, but i've heard they aren't completely flat on the bottom which causes the erl to pool around the sides, soo im guessing anchor hocking is the way to go? anyone had a problem with their hocking?? |

The Anchor Hocking pie dish has changed my life!!!! No more oil on the corners of my Pyrex, it all pools up in the middle |

The pooling I have been living with (i use a circ pyrex dish) but I will look into this hocking business... Interesting thread.. I thought most would be saying rectangular for some reason |
