Just for you guys, saw this a while back on another forum I belong too. I've sprayed on parchment many times, but since I've started liking butter over sap these last months I like it in the pyrex for whipping over low low low heat.

Heres a link! This is sprayed straight onto parchment, then vac'ed with some heat.

Circular baby,
How many sides does a circle have ?
Two, An inside & an outside !!!
One corner as opposed to four, wait what was the question again ?
Oh yeah, ROUND.

Looking fire, Jackie!

I use a circular just to get the sides easier.

Anyone find a scaper the size of a putty knife that bends like a double sided shaving razor?

I use a circular dish. Find it hard to scrape out the goodies from the corner of a square or rectangular dish.

Own both square and round pyrex.
I consistently use the square dish more than the round. for the fact that I feel its easier to scrape.

just bought two circular Anchor pie dishes. Been using a square dish but want to experiment with the circular to see how the purges will be different. with the square, i've been tossing it in the toaster/taking it out and grazing w/ the torch; with the circular, i'll be placing it on top of a pot of steaming water/grazing.
