Fill the hose with water, plug one end while you leave the other end under water, put the plugged end at a point lower than the water, and unplug it....it'll flow due to gravity & air surface pressure. |

I can't offer much more information than these guys have. A rubber hose could work or a powered pump, which usually makes noise. Not many choices. |

If youre meaning that youd have to dangle a hose 30ft Vertically over a wall into water, and then dangle the other end 30ft down over the other side to you.........I think if its a normal 1.5" or 2" garden hose youd need about 2500-3000 gallons of water worth of pressure on your end to make enough vacuum to even get the water flowing over the bend at the top. Thatd be like a 20,000ft long hose. I mean it is possible, but you better just go with something portable and battery/fuel powered. |

And im pretty sure if the hose is making a 30ft vertical drop into the water, they would still have to Prime the hose with water somehow to get the flow starting....Itd have to be one hell of a crank man on that pump to get flow going from something 30ft lower than it |

best bet is filling the jugs and carrying them up. i feel like a hose/pump setup outside would be kind of hard to hide and in the end somebody would steal all of your plants. I use 5 gallon gas cans (brand new never had gas in them) and they seem to work pretty good. If there is 2 of you, you can carry 10 gallons and 10 gallons is a decent amount of water |

bury it, shit it isnt hard to hide. But I mean it may over water though, right? Be best if you were able to fill a jug and bring to them . But dont leave the jugs around. and be sure to use a different path everytime, to avoid creating a trail that can be seen from above.... |
