Shitty genes, lack of light, stress.... all causes, if the rest of the plant is growing fine don't even worry about it. They should even grow outta it. |

shit i had one like that once and it actually worked out to my benefit the leaves threw my grandfather off of the plant we were growing on the back porch at the time, it'll be funk if you take care of her, if you any where around fl this would be a great camouflage for clones in the outdoor setting IMO. if not use it to your advantage. |

Good to know that it's nothing too detrimental though, I'll try to get pictures soon. Two of the plants in particular look pretty comical... like the fucking scraggly-ass Christmas tree in Dr. Seus' How The Grinch Stole Christmas lol. |

most plants start to have less blades on each leaf the further they get into flower. when you say unknown genetics do you mean bagseed or good seeds (from a reputable breeder) that got mixed up or unlabeled.. if bagseed my first guess is it either wants to autoflower or is just reacting to the ever changing photo period. remember every strain has a different flowering time depending on what part or parts of the world the genetics come from. so different strains will flower at different times based on when they think fall is approaching. most strains on my part of the map will begin their flower cycle around august 14th but some strains can begin much much sooner. |
