That's my friend, he tested water levels and that's what he wanted it at. I don't understand why everyone puts so little water in their big toros though, just turns it into a bubbler hit, ESPECIALLY with an ice pinch slide.

I like to milk a tube and then clear it before the smoke is in my mouf. I have bubs so if I want a bubbler hit I just hit a bub (o:
